Early cancellation: recalculation at actual monthly price without discount, client pays proportional difference. No refund: When client does not provide necessary content; improper use of website; third-party fees (domain, email, etc.); default or fraud. ONE-TIME SERVICES (Video, Marketing, SEO, Captions, IT) 7-day warranty: From delivery or first payment. Refund if: not delivered, outside scope, or serious errors not corrected. After 7 days: Service considered accepted. No refund for change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction. Hourly services: Hours worked are non-refundable. Hour packages: refund only for unused hours within 7 days. ONLINE CLASSES Cancellation 24h before: Full refund or credit to reschedule. Less than 24h or absence: No refund. Class considered completed. Plan By Level: First 30 days: can cancel, classes recalculated at full individual price. After 30 days: NOT CANCELLABLE. Responsible for total payment. Forced cancellation: charge for all classes at full price. TRANSLATION 7-day warranty: Refund if not delivered, outside scope, or serious errors not corrected. Work started: Hours invested are non-refundable. Mid-project cancellation: proportional payment for completed work. No refund: After use/publication of translation; client does not provide materials; modifications beyond scope; delay in feedback.
