Cancellation Policy
Floripi offers two online learning formats: Individual Class (On-Demand) and the Plan by Level (32 classes in 4 months). Each format has specific cancellation and refund rules to ensure clarity and quality in service. 1. Individual Classes - Per Class (32R$) • No monthly commitment. • The student schedules when they want and can cancel up to 24 hours in advance to receive full refund or credit for a new date. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours and absences (no-show) are charged in full. • Floripi may, in exceptional cases and as an act of good faith, accept late cancellations, but this does not constitute a rule or contractual obligation. 2. Plan by Level - 4-Month Commitment (32 classes, 170R$/month) • The plan includes 32 individual classes over 4 months, with monthly payment of 170R$ and minimum 4-month commitment. • Within the plan, the student has access to a reduced rate: the effective cost per class drops from 32R$ (individual) to 22R$ per class in the plan. Plan cancellation: • Plan cancellation is allowed only in the first 30 days. ○ In this situation, all completed classes will be recalculated at the full rate of 32R$ per class (individual class rate). ○ The amount already paid will be adjusted based on this calculation and any balance may be returned or converted to credit. • After 30 days, the plan cannot be cancelled, and the student must complete all monthly payments, similar to internet contracts or other continuous services. Class cancellation within the plan: • Classes included in the plan can be cancelled with 24 hours' notice without loss. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours and absences (no-show) are deducted from the 32 classes in the plan.
